| The flowers, trees and shrubs around City Hall are among the plants maintained by the Parks and Grounds Division. City Hall is located at the east end of the Downtown Mall. Renovated in 1998, the City Hall landscaping includes ginko trees, periwinkle and a variety of seasonal plantings. Parks and Grounds also maintains the nearby Downtown Amphitheater (photo), City Yard and the City Hall Annex. |
